About Jenny Ann Graber, MD

Dr. Jenny Graber specializes in the evaluation and treatment of abnormal gynecologic conditions such as polycystic ovarian syndrome and fibroids; laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery; and women’s wellness exams. She has a special interest in obstetrics and in caring for women with postpartum depression.

Dr. Graber’s goal is to provide high-quality care in a culturally sensitive and welcoming practice. As a board-certified physician who practices evidence-based medicine, she loves helping women understand how their bodies work. She also values the relationships she builds with her patients through compassionate, personal communication.

“Not everybody has the ability to talk about sexual health openly, in a nonjudgmental way,” says Dr. Graber. Still, every patient has a story that impacts her health. These unique stories amaze and inspire Dr. Graber to meet women where they are. She believes each patient deserves to be heard and respected, and feels privileged to be a part of their lives.

After graduating from Swarthmore College, Dr. Graber earned her medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School. In 2013, at the close of her Ob/Gyn residency at Stony Brook University Medical Center, her midwife colleagues chose her for their Midwifery Partnership Award, which recognizes the resident who is a champion and supporter of the midwifery model and of the unique collaboration and communication between physicians and midwives.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Graber has experience as a translator, and is certified in medical Spanish.

As the parent of a young child, she especially enjoys sharing experiences with other moms and bringing their perspectives to her practice.
